We have been pretty blessed this year, our pygmy gave us 4 boys in Jan, they all lived and are now in new homes. This spring her two yearling daughters have us two girls a piece! They are now coming three months old and ready for new homes. We are now raising both meat & milk goats, they are all soo spoiled.Awww...... I can't wait till mine have babies. We could all only wish they all came out girls too. You got lucky. I have to find a Nigerian Dwarf Buck to breed to my Pygmy girl. Then I have to hope to get a girl out of her. Lol
she should still gget bigger, JGs grow slower. The EE roo was bigger than the JG hen, he weighed 7lbs when he was a little over a year old, and he wasnt fat! I weighed him before he went to a freinds house, he's related to almost all the EEs i currently have. My look a little gangly right now, they're growing in the last of thier adult feathers.FarmerChef, no eggs yet. She's kind of a weird bird. She skips. Do you think she'll get much bigger? I was hoping for a bigger bird!
