I was thinking Black Ameraucana, not bantam. I can't help you there. I was chatting with Judges4 tonight and said I'm kind of dense today. Lol

I could use some Ameraucana pullets or eggs... in black, brown/red, or grey in about 4 weeks. not bantoms! For next year!

Ok Guys, I am still working on my Bantam Marans and I think I have 2 boys and 2 girls. But, I am working on the egg color. They are bantams. What can I do to help darken there eggs up besides generations. I am on the 4th Generation they haven't started laying yet. But I need to know what kind of bantam rooster would work well to help darken the eggs up and not mess up the marans look too much. Maybe and Olive Egger Roo. I have a Bantam Olive Egger Rooster.

I'm up on the designer chain that they just changed. Gonna be there a while. No one ever wants MY eggs. That's why I offer my Swap Page as an alternative. I'll just sit there & kill the chain & see if they change their minds....

I think that's only for the egg swap threads. When you think about it, if you claim eggs and offer Paypal, all you've done is purchase eggs instead of swapping eggs, which kind of defies the purpose of the thread. And some of the Paypal offers deflate the true value of some of the eggs, IMO. What I don't understand is why they don't just revise the rules and point out the new rules instead of closing the thread.

True...i agree on the egg chains and threads that are for specific things BUT this thread is for everything and I love it!

I only offer my swap page as an option if no one likes my egg offers. I think it should be up to the individual swappers to offer alternatives & to accept the alternatives or pass on them. Since I'm the one they decided to close out the chain on & put MY offer back up edited it will likely be a good long while before anyone bothers to claim it. So be it. They killed the chain, not me, I tried to keep it going.

I wonder if its the person that never actually uses any acutions or chains just complains when someone does something on one that they dont like. I dont get that at all why do people not invovled in something get upset but the workings of it
