Would anyone be interested in homemade peanut brittle or almond/cranberry biscotti as offers? Am thinking of making some for the holidays and could make extra for swaps if there were interest.

Me. Me. Me. Now here's what you do don't offer it in the first of the week but wait until everyone but me has used all their swaps then offer it.

Everyone is making very good points as far as the swap goes. I like Coldupnorth's suggestion on the 24 hour rule.

As far as spring eggs I have offered if something happens and I can't provide the eggs offered, I will either offer other eggs or paypal which will be the choice of the receiver. I separated most of the birds back into their breeding pens today so I may have eggs in about 3 weeks providing the cold weather and reduced light doesn't make them all stop laying.

Have any of you heard of trash candy? I can make some extra for swaps too if there is any interest..
