Taco salad

I've negotiated for chilli over rice. Done deal. Rice is cooked and now for a long and slow simmered pot of chilli to be made.

trout for me, flounder for the Princess, fried mashed potato cakes, creamed spinach and a salad

Dining alone tonight so grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Tonight we had venison steaks, green beans, and mac n cheese. oh and sourdough from the bread machine.

We were supposed to have the pot roast the other night, but it got moved to last night. Made it in the instant pot, used the recipe in the book and it’s delicious. Except I pressure cooked rather than slow cooked.

There is not room in the fridge for any more leftovers so I'm gonna rummage through them and either eat a lot of one or some of several. A lot of one would make room for the next one so that is most likely what I'll do. It's still chilli weather but..............
