Something with ham. I have an 11 pound spiral sliced ham to use up. I think I need to share some of this.

I made a batch of homemade egg noodles tonight for supper. I have no rolling pin so I flattened the dough best I could and cut it into strips with my pizza cutter.

They ended up being sort of like a cross between noodles and dumplings, but still tasted good after coating with olive oil and topping with sardines in tomato sauce.
