Whatcha Making for Supper?

Tonight husband had to leave so I will be frying my veggies to eat.

A 1lb steak would be like 4 dinners for my husband and I. We don't eat a lot of food at one time but sometimes we just have a hunger search hit us and then the one steak would be a meal without any other food.

Well, truth be known, I take 3 small slices off the end and he gets the rest. Usually he can eat it all, but sometimes he will save some for a sandwich next day. I don't eat a lot, but he sure can.

I have to cut all of the steaks in half at the least bc I like mid-rare and he wants it dead. I see as you done killed the cow don't kill the steak as well.

Roasted small potatoes, breaded portabella mushrooms, and salads. Husband also had a schnitzel.

Ended up being chicken breast tenderloin, tater tots deep fried crookneck,store bought small sweet peppers with garlic and onions. I also put some of the peppers and onions and garlic in with the chicken. Cherry tomatoes from the garden and red seeded grapes.

Good morning! Planning a simple dinner of pasta and sausage tonight. I'll be making the Italian beef for tomorrow's dinner today. I like it made the day ahead even better.

I brought 3 nice zucchini from the garden.
2 of them with tri tip and hashbrowns.
