Whatcha Making for Supper?

Chicken and veggies cooked together, plus some fried potatoes. I found a few potatoes in the storage box that had started to sprout so they needed to be eaten.

I actually cooked for once tonight. sort of. different than grilled cheese at least.

Rice and beans!!! But the reason I said sort of is it was the 5 minute instant rice and I microwaved the beans BUT I didn’t microwave the rice so I still had to boil the water and everything. I also made the dog a treat that involved whisking egg whites LOL

Rockfish fillets, home fries and broccoli.

Steak, baked potato and artichokes. I still have clarified butter from the last time I made artichokes, so easy dinner for me tonight.

Ball Park franks covered with leftover chicken and veggies that I seasoned up with chili powder and red pepper flakes.

Chicken pot pie and apple pie on the smoker tonight. This was the last of our home grown apples and the last of the extra roosters I butchered this summer.
