Whatcha Making for Supper?

Thanksgiving dinner all I had to make was my macaroni salad, which didn't taste like it should have because I thought I had the noodles but not. The daughter made a ham and fruit salad, daughter in law made the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans casserole, deviled eggs, candied yams and macaroni and cheese. Her friends mom made a ham and candied yams. Oh oops I just remembered that my daughter made rolls also.

Making this thing I called "faux fried honey-mustard chicken"

I mix honey with good mustard and brush it on a piece of chicken (thigh or breast, tonight is thighs), then I melt butter and mix it with panko and spread a layer of that on top of the meat, then bake them. For thighs that's about 30 minutes at 350. I'll usually put them under a the broiler for about 3-5 minutes to crisp up the "crust"

Probably have some veggies or something with it.

There's a pork loin in the smoker and 12 chopped apples in the crockpot turning into chunky sauce.

Tomorrow I'll be making another batch of sauerkraut. I'm down to the last pint of kraut I made a couple months ago.
Tell me how you made your sauerkraut. That is something I'd like to be successful with, but when I tried it went rancid. Do you ferment it in the refrigerator?
