Hash browns and scrambled eggs. I cook my hash browns in a cast iron skillet with butter instead of in the oven cause my oven kinda sucks plus I want to and they are yummy LOL and I put cheese in my eggs

Hash browns in a cast iron skillet are the best kind! I wouldn't have them any other way!!!

What kind of hash browns?
I've tried making them myself a few times and was not impressed with the outcome.
Then I tried frozen and that was more like it!
And then I tried freeze dried and OMG. Perfect!

I always mean to pick some of those up.
I used to have them all the time and then the local small town store stopped carrying them.

I'm thinking BLT's tonight for dinner.
And hash browns

Freeze dried... I'm going to have to try that!!! DH can make great skillet hash browns from scratch, but I've never been very successful with it. Do you rehydrate them first? Were they cooked before you freeze dried them, or just shredded?
