I love leftovers. Some of the meals that I make are even better as leftovers. Stopped at Dilly's for takeout burgers on the way home from Amish country.

Is the Amish market open year round Sour? From all you've said about it, it sounds like a great way to spend the day.

The Amish market here is open on Thurs. - Sat. of every market. The area that we went to in Intercourse, Pa. is open every day but Sun. It's about a 90 mile drive. We generally go there in the spring and then again in early November. We went a bit early this time because of fears of more lockdowns due to coronavirus numbers increasing.

For tonight I will roast a chicken to be served with stuffing, broccoli, and baked cauliflower florets.

Tonight is leftovers, either mushroom barley soup or sour cream chicken enchiladas (depends on what DH has for lunch).
