Did tri tip steak cast iron skillet .. raining outside but had seasoned potato wedges and green beans .. Made banana muffins, apple sauce and apple fritters

The forecast is for 50's today. I think it will be a good day to fire up the grill.

Perhaps steak, jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon and grilled, a salad and a baked potato for hubs.

Sprouts had amazingly huge and beautiful jalapenos when I went Saturday.

Me had a retake on the bbq chicken tacos, too much sauce.

Last night it was bbq pulled pork/chicken sandwiches on toasted kaiser rolls. With potato skins and fiddleheads.
