I used Bresse neck, leg and bones to make the stock, and I baked some seasoned 1/2 inch pork steaks in my toaster oven and chopped it up and mixed it at the end. I didn't use any shrimp or chicken meat and I didn't use lemon, its not mandatory.
Yesterday was one can of chicken noodle soup for the entire day. Tonight I'm upping the ante on chicken and going for a Marie Calender chicken pot pie.
