Hope you don't think I'm nosey but what is green juice?
Well, I used to make it myself with organic kale, cucumbers, celery, spinach, apples, lemon & ginger and run them all through my juicer
But now I buy it already made organic cold pressed not pasteurized no preservatives or sweeteners it doesn’t taste like a party, but it really helps your health there’s a brand I like at Weis market called Suja. Anyway, I started to Feel a littledizzy and nauseous today so I broke the fast and ate some steamed broccoli and homemade applesauce. Yum Yum. I am fine now.
