This will be day 6 of a green juice fast for me but am cooking rice, mixed veg, and Turkey burgers for the mom and hubs

Hope you don't think I'm nosey but what is green juice?

Browned burger, onions and Del Monte diced tomatoes with garlic, basil & oregano. Add to cooked Velveeta Shells and Cheese. I cook everything in the Microwave, cooks up fast and tastes good.

Hope you don't think I'm nosey but what is green juice?

Well, I used to make it myself with organic kale, cucumbers, celery, spinach, apples, lemon & ginger and run them all through my juicer
But now I buy it already made organic cold pressed not pasteurized no preservatives or sweeteners it doesn’t taste like a party, but it really helps your health there’s a brand I like at Weis market called Suja. Anyway, I started to Feel a littledizzy and nauseous today so I broke the fast and ate some steamed broccoli and homemade applesauce. Yum Yum. I am fine now.
