Whatcha Making for Supper?

I am roasting a Bresse Chicken on an open fire, its been rotating for about 2 hours, I'm going to take it in after 30 more minutes............

I've never made corned beef and cabbage before either. Not going to start this year, but if you have a recipe that turns out well for you, maybe you'd share?

It’s easy NFC you just boil the corned beef. Well, simmer for about three hours with a lid, then throw in carrots and taters toward the end. We had it for a couple nights last week. Add some sautéed onions and cabbage and voila!
