Pot Roast with Onions, Celery, Potatoes & Carrots.

I'm going to slice a couple ham steaks off the heel I bought and warm them up in some butter, make some parsley potatoes, and I think I have some broccoli left in the crisper. So broccoli in coconut oil.

We are taking the dog to the vet at 4:30, so I think we'll pick up Jimmy Johns tonight. Hopefully the crab will be okay to make crab cakes tomorrow.
