Whatcha Making for Supper?

Yesterday, I boiled and baked the ham hocks with honey garlic sauce, and they were very good, just like ribs. I saved a couple after the boil, deboned them, and added them to the dusted off crock pot for baked beans. If I feel ambitious, I might bake some bread or rolls to go with it.
Sounds yummy! Did you leave the skin on when you baked or debone those also?
 
Tomorrow is our daughter's 54th birthday. We actually went to a restaurant - just the three of us. It felt almost normal. I had salmon for the first time since the stuff hit the fan. It was good.
That sounds like a nice time Sour, I bet it was nice to get out and let someone else do the work!
 
My lunch plans have a wrinkle.......
My son called in to work.
Options......
Move forward as planned.....but eat in the car parked by the sculpture garden like some kind of druggie.....
Bring lunch home and eat at the table like a human being......
Hide behind the coop and have lunch like a creepy junkie.......

Yeah...I might have a problem and need a fry intervention. 😳

Possibly notable.....they are the ONLY restaurant that is in my contacts list in my phone.
