Whatcha Making for Supper?

Let me know how you like it please, I might need a new soup recipe.
Will do but I had to modify it because the brisket is already cooked and sliced.

ETA here’s the recipe. I cooked the onion and garlic, added the meat toward the end of that process, then cooked down the wine as directed. Added stock and water, a few handfuls of baby carrots and baked for an hour. Added dried thyme after I took it out of the oven and did not add additional liquid or make the cheese dumplings. Pretty good. I think rosemary would be a nice addition and will add some fresh to it before serving. I didn’t add any salt or pepper because the brisket was already seasoned. Will do that at the table. Also, I only had a couple of onions and I’d guess 2 pounds or less for meat and it’s got plenty of stuff in it.
