Putting a roast in the pressure cooker, it’s too hot to cook outside today.

Roast beef in the pressure cooker with red onions and half a bottle of Bordeaux. Mashed potatoes and peas and carrots. Too hot for that meal but DH loved it. @pennyJo1960 I’m wondering how your pizza turned out last night.

Perfect gave up did it in the oven .. had cooled enough ..
Tonight did chille and huh puppies in the fryer.
