Yup, I usually make a recipe exactly once and then adjust to our taste if necessary. This has all the stuff we like though, and plenty of bay I noticed, which we like. I’ll definitely let you know how we enjoy it, it’s on the menu for Sunday.That's great! I always worry that my amounts are too vague, but its all about tinkering until you have it how you like it!
