Whatcha Making for Supper?

I was supposed to make pulled pork. I'm not the pulled pork cooker my wife is, anyway, I went to cook (boil) a pack of pork chops down (to use up a pack that's been in the freezer a while the whole reason I was doing it) seasoned them up nice sliced up an onion and a half (again just to use up) cooked them down to pull then all of a sudden I had a beautiful gravy with smothered pork chops. So I decided to make rice and put it over rice instead of the original idea. It wasn't quite as robust as when I try cause I make a roux but it was a nice twist
