Diners good morning one and all!

We are having rib steaks with some vegetables.

We do not hold out for a regular turkey or ham on Christmas dinner we just fix whatever sounds good to us.

Merry Christmas all. We’re having roasted duck, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach and mushrooms. Orange jello poke cake for dessert with real whipped cream on top.

Turkey, cranberry, red new taters, greenbeans. I made from scratch- turkey gravy, stuffing (no stove top). The white sweet corn i took off the cob and put in the freezers over the summer, i made cream corn. A no bake, Philly cream cheese, Cherry-O cream cheese pie.
Now today, Turkey Gumbo with conecuh sausage. Whats conecuh sausage you ask? Well if you don't know, you're a yankee. so fuggedaboutit! LOL
It is a L.A. premium hickory pork sausage.
That is Lower Alabama for you poor folks that don't know.

Our neighbor called yesterday to offer us a Christmas dinner plate.

Of course, we said yes.

I am assuming that everyone had a wonderful holiday.
