Whatcha Making for Supper?

What did you put in the beans?
2.5 cups of beans (pinto)
3 cups chicken bone broth
3 cups filtered water
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
3 celery stalks, minced
1 TBSP sea salt
1/8 cup organic virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic

35 minutes in Instant pot, let rest 15 minutes before releasing steam.
Optional;
1/2 cup minced onions
1/4 cup chopped parsley, cilantro or basil
Fermented hot sauce per taste
(Add 10 minutes to cook time for red or black beans)
