We shared a watermelon break from work with the dogs and the piggies yesterday

I once had a fruit eating dog. Lhaso Apso. She ate a vegetable base dry dog food that she loved and fruit. Mostly watermelon and grapes. She love grapes. She would play with a grape like a cat with a mouse. She'd throw it up in the air and chase it down and do it again before grabbing it and making quit work of it going down the the hatch. She got a few things that were healthy from the table like lean meat and the kinds of fruit that were good for them.

One of these days I've got a big butt in the freezer that needs a good 12-15 hours on the kettle grill. Pictures here of a former such roast done on the kettle. Pulling tender.
