It was going to be meatloaf but that turned into a pepperoni/mushroom pizza.

Spaghetti and meat sauce like every Thursday. Makes enough for 3 days sick ). Got goofed up last week and made it twice in same week - 6 days of same old, same old.

It's definitely soup weather!

We're having meatloaf here (never had it the other night) but tomorrow I'm making a pot of ham & potato soup.

Made a pasta sauce chopping dried tomatoes, capers, garlic and oil in the immersion blender. Very good with spaghetti!

I made a big pot of potato soup yesterday so that’s even better today ... esp with the cornbread DH hinted at, made with today’s eggs!
