Whatcha Making for Supper?

I only roast my beets. Boiling ruins them in my opinion. I do eat canned beets, so that probably makes me a hypocrite. :lol:
I roasted these along with the beef bones. The bones made a nice brown fond and the beets were cooked just enough to get the skins off.

Roasting just about any vegetable makes it better imo!
We eat a lot of roasted vegetables here, either in the oven or on the grill in foil. :drool
