Whatcha Making for Supper?

Quiche is out, cooled, and 2/3rds eaten. First quiche I ever made or even tasted. I think it came out decent.

I figured hubs would not like it. He fights anything new.

My son and I on the other hand were not disappointed obviously.

It looked lovely! Quiche is a wonderful treat. We like ours with spinach or broccoli. We don't eat pork, but a store near me now carries beef breakfast sausage so I might try that in my
next one ... when my girls start laying again!

Couldn't find anything in the fridge/freezer to eat. The bus dispatcher had told me NO BUS Thursday (grocery day) because our driver was sick yet again!!!

Luckily - even though I had nothing to eat my brother dumped his Halloween candy on my table. One and a half bags of Snickers minis. Whoppee!! I told him Milkyway was better but he said they were out of them. Actually today I ate most of the Snickers for supper and regret it mightily.

Tonight will be a pot roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots and maybe a cake of some sort for afterwards.

Tonight, I plan to have barbecue county style ribs, mashed taters, and sliced tomatoes for dinner. For breakfast I had fried taters and quail eggs.

We will finally have that Mac and Cheese tonight, probably with canned corn and peas mixed in, as well as a salad.

I was too tired yesterday running around like a chicken without a head to make a simple boxed dinner. We ate the remaining kraut and Dumplings.

Turkey breast, left over mac and cheese, and sweet corn.
