Thinking enchiladas with leftover beans as desired

For tonight I am thinking angel hair and meatballs - red sauce, warmed baguette and a Caprese salad if any of my tomatoes have ripened.

looks like one of the last days nice enough to grill---chicken breast and thighs, charred potatoes, salad

Ended up making fish tacos with frozen fish, even easier then enchiladas. It was unseasonably warm yesterday, but headed the other way after today.

Cold Macaroni and cheese with a salad.

Pork loin chops, mixed veggies and kraft mac n cheese.

I made a chocolate fudge cake that is almost cooled enough to frost.

Today the Princess went to the Polish deli. Tonight I am making their potato pancakes, stuffed cabbage, and a baked squash? of some sort.

It must be Poilsh day. We are having some pierogi, blueberry, and I think potato, and a salad. Husband is having a schnitzel, I'm probably having fake chicken nuggets.

I'm not certain what the winter squash was - almost looked like a gourd - but it had a really nice 'nutty' taste. I told the Princess, "Buy more."

I made beef stroganoff.... Nothing fancy about it really. It tasted good so there's that lol.
