Yeah I’d like a scoop of those right next to a slab of that meatloaf you’re fixing! I have to try the blushing bunny!Sausage and peppers sounds delicious!

Mines still in the fridge. Im the only one eating itMy plan is to make a huge pot of veggie potato soup tomorrow so we can eat it all week.![]()
It doesnt really sound good at first but,I love sweet potatoes (as long as they don't have marshmallows and brown sugar on them). I've never had them in a burrito before, thanks for the idea!
That almost sounds like welsh rarebit. Yummy
Blushing Bunny is basically a can of tomato soup, 8oz of cheddar or velveeta and a T of Worcestershire sauce. Warm it through until the cheese melts and serve on toast with some green onion. You can put it under the broiler for a minute too but don’t let it brown. Makes a great snack when it’s cold outside. I am using it to cover the meatloaf and will tell the little guy it tastes like pizza. He’ll eat it.
I've added spinach in the past. No room this time. I really stuffed the pot full.Mines still in the fridge. Im the only one eating it
Do you mind sharing your recipe?
Edit
I just read your list of veggies.
Maybe I didn't put enough in mine or maybe its the spinach![]()
So....I made a pot of chili....chili is not my friend so I made a second dish.
I had hillshire farms hot polish sausage on hand. It sounded good, now what to pair it with?
I pulled some bell peppers I grew, cut and froze out. I pan seared it all....not letting the peppers go to mush of course.
It turned out to be very tasty!
The peppers released just enough sweet to compliment the heat in the sausage.
I will remember that combo!
Similar I suppose. I thought Welsh Rarebit was made with beer, cream and cheese? It doesnt really sound good at first but,. Its my go to at a local joint. I havent made it at home yet.
