Last time I weighed myself I asked if she wanted to get on the scale for a comparison. Her response was not positive.

Tonight I am making chicken cordon bleu, baked cauliflower florets, and baked Yukon gold potatoes.

Grabbed some donuts quick, my little niece was over to visit for a bit. This is what I saw when I opened the box after she left:

went for a drive and picked up Brooks BBQ from Oneonta. definitely worth the trip!

I had green chili, fake cheese and a few corn chips.

Headed out to close the birds in then spread ice melt on the driveway so hubs doesn't slip when he gets back.

We had frozen fish fillets and French fries with frozen veggies. Dessert was some chocolate left from Christmas.
My granddaughter shelled the last of the dry beans from the garden (bless her heart) so I’m going to soak some overnight and make some soup with them and a ham bone.

Pork roast with veggies (pot roast? : turnip, potatoes, carrots, cabbage)

Had the best ham dinner I've ever had over the holidays, never going to be able to replicate that with a pork roast but I'm going to try. Added liquid smoke flavoring to the water and some brown sugar.
