Sounds like the perfect date night!

That’s usually our date night and we take the dogs but daughter went last night. We wuz pooped out!

Tonight is lasagne and a salad

Right now I have about 5 meals worth of stuffed cabbage cooking. To eat or to freeze? That is the question.

Tonight supper will be stuffed cabbage, baked Yukon gold potatoes, carrots and a mixed greens/tomato salad.

A mixed berry smoothie (DH got me a new blender)

Tonight, since company will be here, gonna make that old favorite Chicken Dorito casserole and have it with a steamed vegetable medley and green salad. Hummingbird cake for dessert (all I have to do is defrost the layers from the freezer and ice it.)

Cheddar cheeseburger sliders, baked potato slices and a mixed green/tomato salad.
