Whatcha Making for Supper?

These where steaks but have tri tip roast also bought two at Costco but cooked the first it was bland.. determined I will marinate a day before
That was my experience the last time I made one too. I think rosemary would fix it.
 
Never heard of a savory bread pudding - sounds interesting. My favorite dessert of all time is bread pudding followed closely by peach cobbler.
I don’t make the savory version often but bacon and apples are a good bet together. I’m debating between Gouda and smoked cheddar.
