Yes it is sausage and beef chub but the beef at Costco has changed a bit. grass fed 70/30 use be 80/20 or more.

I haven’t seen that but I’ll look for it next time I’m there. I really prefer some pork along with the beef, whether it’s chili or spaghetti or whatever.

Thier beef chubs are in the freezer by the fish in Tumwater use to be 5 to a bag 1 lb chubs. Going to the grass fed there are only 4 still 1 lb. Still better than bought anywhere else

Tonight it’s something with a grass fed chunk of beef round. The label says London broil but I’m thinking it would be better suited cooked in a sauce till tender. Hmm...
