I'm trying a new dinner recipe, Chicken Stroganoff, served over egg noodles. And broccoli on the side.

Chinese tonight. Shrimp Lo mein, Mongolian beef, steamed veg.

We had stir fry vegetables and rice.

Tonight I think I will have ham, black eye peas and cornbread with some sweet tea.

No cooking tonight. The vaccinated Princess and I are going to our daughter's house where our grandchildren and their SO will be to celebrate the Princess's b'day. She's very excited. She really misses the kids.
