Whatcha Making for Supper?

Making a chicken, bacon and chorizo pizza tonight
Pizza dough
1 pkg yeast
1 cup hot water
1tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar, I use less BF is diabetic.
2 tbsp olive oil
1 to 2 cups four

Yeast and salt in bowl add the sugar then you hot water, and olive oil.
Mix that thoroughly adding flour 1 cup at time till the dough is looking good .. Pour that to a floured surface,
knead with your hands .. Cover with a towel 10 to 15 minutes .. Knead dough again, less is better than more.
Roll or stretch it to cover your pizza pan.
I have been making my dough with just a tsp of salt no sugar lately to 1 cup water, yeast, and 2 cup flour. But no matter how much times I do this I always seem to have to drizzle in some water to get the excess flour around the sides. I try to get the dough to a state where its tacky but doesn't stick to my hand or bowl. Hardly any or no dough is stuck to my mixing bowl.

That is not uncommon it is tacky but do not add more water but maybe another quarter cup when I put the water in first lay flour down then a bit on top more will be added.

I want to try this recipe, but I probably have to improvise. I think I can come close to his taste as long as I can make the sauce.
Looks good. Do you know, I am from south Louisiana, have lived in Texas for over 50 yrs and I CAN NOT make fried chicken. Have tried it sooooo many times, have watched videos, have had people stand by me watching- and it still comes out wrong. Everyone says it is so easy, everyone says you can do it.... nope. I have finally given up and made peace with KFC.
