Bought a bag of fresh picked green beans making some tonight going to blanch the rest and freeze them

Liver is not something I would think to put in tacos.
How was it?

It was delicious.
Dice it up. Season with garlic salt soak in milk for an hr or two. Skillet fry with a lil bacon

We found some locally that a meat market has frozen that are the best representation I can find of a real crab cake.
