Whatcha Making for Supper?

Polenta, gonna try it. Don't know what to do with it except fry it in slices? Anyone try it? Ideas? :)
Slice, fry in a little butter, top with cheese and serve with eggs. It's basically Italian grits. I'm sure Italians do other stuff with it, but I keep it on hand as ready made grits. No self respecting Southerner would use instant grits, but with polenta....I'm cultured. :lau
