Didn't really cool down much but dried up enough to 'risk' firing up the toaster oven for fish sticks.

we actually cooked everything tonight outside due to the heat and it’s still nearly 80* in the house

Chicken Alfredo with pasta

Pork chops, mashed potatoes, pan gravy and sauteed squash for dinner here.

Got some beets, carrots and green beans out of the garden. Gonna roast the beets, and carrots, along with a few potatoes.

Roasted veggies are the bomb! Your homegrown ones have to be extra special good.

Tonight I will make lemon/garlic chicken breasts, baked Yukon Gold potatoes, Zucchini/onion/tomato ratatouille with a Caesar salad.
