Pork belly, black beans, rice and chef salad(?). we usually have a salad as an in between so when we plan for with dinner it gets forgotten often.

home grown carrots

Haven't really gotten the hang of growing carrots, but the few I've gotten have been the best I ever had.

Rosemary/balsamic chicken breasts, noodles with cottage cheese, sweet corn, and a salad.

Haven't really gotten the hang of growing carrots, but the few I've gotten have been the best I ever had.

I grow in 10-12" tall pots that are 10-12" around. I run everything through my 1/4" grid compost sifter to keep the soil finer. Super easy to harvest by dumping into a wheelbarrow too. Maybe try pots...
