DH made taco filling while I was doing the shopping. So we had tacos.

The rain missed us. Hopefully it cools down soon... Still warm and muggy.

The Mac and cheese was the only “out of a box” part of the meal

We had potato soup, cucumber, tomato, and cottage cheese salad with French dressing. Also sauteed some beets.

I love beets!
