Whatcha Making for Supper?

Time to use up some veggies so that will be tonight's dinner, a big salad.

Well I just made banana bread and muffins for the kiddos. And prepped dinner for tonight to have at my moms. She’s going to make a Cesar salad (homemade dressing) and I prepped Mac and cheese (just have to bake it later) and teriyaki chicken wings (they are marinating in the fridge).

Kind of a weird combo of things

I like KFC every now and then - the sides not so much, but the chicken Our local KFC had lousy service and went out of business.

Morning KFC is in chehalis so 35 minutes away.. not used often.
Making steak tonight tri tip brussle sprouts . Maybe tator tots

I have a whole cauliflower to use up so I’m thinking of roasting it and making Buffalo cauliflower bites/“wings”.

I loooooove hot sauce so really it’s just an excuse to have Buffalo sauce for dinner lol.
