It was pretty darn good despite the old white bread.
I INTENDED to smoke baby back ribs today. My body pointed and laughed at me when I shared my thoughts and said "Nope! Walking and moving around is gonna SUCK today because I said so!". yay. So, I improvised.
Boneless country ribs (pork shoulder), seasoned with a rub+honey+molasses, and softened up in the slow /pressure cooker, then finished on the grill (broiler carmelized the sauce to get that lovely flavor and texture). With corn and garlic bread.
