Last night was a pot roast with vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy. Tonight will be reruns. Veggie tonight will be asparagus instead of squash.

We had Mexican for lunch today with lots of leftovers.

Saturday is nacho night! We're vegetarian so we make chilli with alternative mince. Pile on a load of dorito's (or whatever) and cheese and bake it for 10 minutes. Top with sour cream and guacamole (made with a shot tequila).
