Whatcha Making for Supper?

I’m fixing it now, sort of
I used pork steaks that were pre seasoned with Cajun spice (according to Safeway) I ran out of time stirring the roux, only got to caramel colored but it smells divine and I know it’s going to be tasty! Not as good as yours but Pretty darn good anyhow.
