Whatcha Making for Supper?

I worked all day installing my chicken run door. Wore me out, so I didn't cook. Bought an 8 piece fried chicken box at the IGA store's deli. They seriously make some of the best deli chicken I've eaten.

We're having Ham sliders and macaroni salad.

Temperature is in the 70s.

Don't know what we were thinking but brought home a fresh pizza crust. This isn't the weather to bake in. I'll be baked before supper.

Grilled salmon and/or chicken thighs, asparagus, buttered noodles for the guys, salad for me. Making homemade balsamic vinaigrette for my salad.

Simple stuff tonight. Filet, baked tater, corn, and biscuits (not pictured, they didn't last long enough).

Tonight was and old fashioned Depression Era fried potato sandwich. Every so often that craving comes with some old memories too.
