A more than weird casserole made with eggs, tater tots, & bacon. I won't miss it if I never have it again. What an awful way to ruin good tater tots and bacon.

Minute steak with spinach and cheese rolled up to bake.

We had burgers last night from a place around the corner, no water in the kitchen atm.

Tonight is spam fried rice and broccoli slaw.

Pizza bacon and pepperoni.

Carolina style pulled pork, Cream 40 peas over yellow rice, & fried okra.

Adding a salad from the garden to round the pizza dinner.

We made homemade calzones on the smoker with cake and ice cream for dessert

Made a pizza from scratch, whole wheat crust, fresh peas from the garden, with onions, red bell pepper and roasted chicken breast. Made a sauce with some Tabasco Habanero.

It didn't taste like a normal pizza, but it sure hit the spot. Picture is right before it went in the oven.
