Wife wanted a different one dish casserole at the last minute. It's a cabbage & kielbasa with onion and carrot dish we both like very much and it takes a little less work to get it on the table.

Both casseroles sound very good.

Pepperoni pizza with a garden salad.
Made a green tomato sauce to go on the pizza.

boneless pork chops, baked sweet potatoes, sweet corn, broccoli and a salad

Thai green curry, I used BBQ’d boneless/skinless chicken thighs in it, super yum.
