Last night was no bones chicken thigh baked and carrots
We where out gathering food all day ate lunch at Loves Carl Jr.
Tonight I am doing Pork chops bone in, Home fries with yellow squash.

I had the supper of Champions. Yup. A double Milky Way bar. To tired to stop and eat on the road and needed to get on home and tend to my girls. A bunch were out of their coops with no way to get in. Glad I didn't stop for that nice supper on the road.

Sounds like my kind of supper : )

I had to look up eel sauce! So does it come in bottles like soy sauce and such? I’ll bet it’s tasty if you don’t know what it is!

Not in a bottle, I make it. It’s just equal amounts of soy sauce, mirin and sugar that you simmer down until thickened to your liking; it’s called eel sauce because it’s traditionally served with eel
