After working on a couple of projects today I was too tired to even think about cooking anything. So I drove to the local IGA and bought an 8 piece fried chicken with JoJos. Just had some and it hit the spot!

We're having roast beef with potatoes, carrots, and onions in the slow cooker.

I found a recipe for the tomato bisque served at Medieval Times so we’re having that with grilled cheese on sourdough and a salad.

I am also having grilled cheese and tomato soup. Lol but mine is tomato basil and keto bread.
