We need that recipe. I stocked up heavy on pork chops for about a buck and a half on sale. Need them to be tender and I bet yours will be. Just learning how to use the Instant Pot.Found a super simple recipe for pork chops in the instant pot that uses onion soup mix and apple juice, so that with cheese broccoli rice and a vegetable.
I love mine! I had a Nesco before Instant Pot was a thing and I’ve been hooked since. It makes some things super simple. You can make a cake in it too, comes out great! I recommend their cookbook, it’ll help you become familiar with the machine and they have some great recipes. Meat comes out super tender. We need that recipe. Thank You so much. Maybe we make some this week and get it right. We even have a piece of a jar of apple sauce that might work along with the apple juice.I love mine! The recipe I’m using says to use sauté function to sear four chops in butter, then pour in a packet of onion soup mix and a cup of apple juice and pressure cook. How long will depend on how big your chops are. I use the natural release method usually, it doesn’t really take that long.
